ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF CHARITY COMMISSION INQUIRY REPORT 

DATED: 20th OCTOBER 2025

The Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries International UK hereby acknowledges receipt of the Report of the Inquiry issued by the Charity Commission for England and Wales on 20th October 2025.

The contents of the report are disappointing to the Charity; however, MFM Management recognises that some past shortcomings occurred, largely due to the rapid growth and expansion of the Charity in the United Kingdom.

Moving forward, the charity has worked diligently and cooperatively with the Charity Commission for England and Wales and the appointed Interim Manager at all times. These efforts have significantly strengthened the Charity’s governance and administrative structures, including, among other improvements, the establishment of robust financial controls across all its branches.

MFM Ministries International UK remains fully committed to transparency, accountability, and the continued fulfilment of its charitable objectives and mission within the United Kingdom.

The Charity is reviewing the Report and taking legal advice on its position.
